Forest bathing amongst the bluebells at The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, North Cliffe Woods. A gentle walk into the woods, noticing nature in all of its forms, using all of our senses to relax into it, making time for ourselves in this beautiful space. Includes meditation and tea ceremony. £5 from each session goes to The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust What is forest bathing? The Japanese practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as Shirin Yoku. The simple method of being calm, quiet and present amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.
