Sunday Session Breathwork and Ice Bath

Service Description

Enjoy meeting with fellow breathwork and cold plunge peeps for a breathwork session with sound bath, tea and snacks followed by a cold plunge! This is a great way to share experiences, meet like minded people and keep the commitment to the method going! Planned Sunday Sessions for 2023 16th April 9.00am - 11.00am 21st May 9.00am - 11.00am June TBC 16th July 9.00am - 11.00am 20th August 9.00am - 11.00am 17th September 9.00am - 11.00am 15th October 9.00am - 11.00am 19th November 9.00am - 11.00am Thursday 21st December (Winter Solstice Special) 6.30pm to 8.00pm Must have done a Wim Hof fundamental session prior to joining a Sunday Session
